Luohe Automobile West Station is one of the 179 national highway transport hub projects identified during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, and one of the three national highway transport hub terminal projects in the province during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period.

With a total investment of 150 million yuan, the project covers a total area of 60 acres and a total construction area of 26,000 square meters, Luohe Automobile West Station is an important node of Xicheng District to build a zero-transfer transportation system, and an important support for Luohe City to build a regional central city in central and southern Henan. The whole outer body of the station is built with aluminum veneer buildings, which plays the role of wind protection and warmth, and the aluminum veneer in the shape of lines is also used in the ticket purchase and waiting hall of the station, which is for ventilation and noise reduction. The station is a large flow of people, densely populated place, poor air mobility, the use of linear aluminum veneer as the top can increase air circulation, reduce the anxiety of passengers waiting for the train.
