Lianhuo Expressway Luoyang East toll station and Sanchuan Avenue to achieve interflow, when the Sanchuan Avenue north and south two directions of vehicles can quickly up and down the Lianhuo expressway.

Sanchuan Avenue to the north opening up project, is the central city "Jing Zi + outer ring" an important part of the rapid network, north from Sanchuan Avenue and Liangyue Line intersection, south to Sanchuan Avenue and Changbai Road intersection, in the Lianhuo high-speed section to take the underpass. Among them, the intersection area between Sanchuan Avenue and Luoyang East toll Station of Lianhuo Expressway is an important node of Sanchuan Avenue northbound opening project.

Sanchuan Avenue and Lian-Huo Expressway Luoyang East toll Station Road has broken the original level interchange form, and a new horn interchange has been set up to realize the full interworking function of vehicles in three directions.
